About our Sales Staff:  
More than half of our sales team have worked for Community Initiatives in excess of seven years. Sixteen members of our sales team have worked for the company for over ten years.

Jason who has been with us just over 8 years, in his own words said "he'd had more jobs than the job centre". Following his training Jason quickly established himself as a successful sales person. In the space of just six months he was promoted to team leader; which carries greater responsibilities along with still being a star salesperson, the rewards; a higher salary and even greater commission streams. 
Mark seized the day!  
One of the Jokers of the Bunch is Mark. Mark is on his second stint with us. After leaving for alternative opportunities perviosuly, he quickly realised he'd made a huge mistake... as Mark is determined and hardworking we took him back with open arms. Mark been back now for just over 4 years and says that for him, this is it!

Former high school teacher Dave has used the communication skills and authority learned in front of the white board over the years to sell supportive mentions to businesses across the country. Over the past 14 years that Dave has been with our company he consistently leads the field as a top Sales person.  
Money, Money, Money!  
Natalia is another one of our outstanding sales people. She thrives on working hard and reeping the benefits! With our fantastic commission structure Natalia knows that the more you put in the more you get out. By that we dont mean longer hours etc (our Directors don't let us work past 5pm!) we mean money!! Work Hard, Play Harder!

The Admin Manager 
Carole is our Administration Manager and joined the company nearly 15 years ago. Carole looks after all the administration staff as well as the Graphic Designers. If any questions need answering then Carole is definitely the person to ask!

Krissie joined the company just over 5 years ago and deals with all our customers ensuring that they are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. What Krissie loves about working here are the people and the customers. No two days or two people are the same and I love the variation this role offers me.  
The Artwork Dynamo 
Jim has been with the company since 2004, currently in his 15th year with us, he says he cant imagine working anywhere else. With his creative talents and keen eye for detail, Jim has been the master at everything that is Graphic Design!
