About our Sales Staff:  
Over half of our sales team have worked for Community Initiatives in excess of six years. Fifteen members of our sales team have worked for the company for over ten years.

Jason who has been with us just over 6 and a half years, in his own words said "he'd had more jobs than the job centre". Following his training Jason quickly established himself as a successful media sales person. In the space of just six months he was promoted to team leader; which carries greater responsibilities along with still being a star salesperson, the rewards; a higher salary and even greater commission streams. 
 
John seized the opportunity with ourselves and has made himself a valued member of staff 
One of the oldest members of our team and most popular is John.  
In his sixties, the last thing he needed to hear that his previous employer was going bust and as a consequence he lost his job through no fault of his own. John joined our company and despite having no previous sales experience, established himself as a very solid member of the team. Proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks! 
 
The Elite Club 
Former high school teacher Dave has used the communication skills and authority learned in front of the white board over the years to sell supportive mentions to businesses across the country. Over the past 12 years that Dave has been with our company he consistently leads the field as a top Sales person.  
 
Sheer determination and enthusiasm 
Despite being the youngest member of our sales floor Ashley tends to win the plaudits for being our top sales person. Proof that a lack of experience counts for nothing as Ash’s determination and enthusiasm wins through every time. 
Our Admin Team:  
The Admin Manager 
Helen is our Administration Manager and joined the company nearly 5 years ago. Helen looks after all the administration staff as well as the Graphic Designers. If any questions need answering then Helen is definitely the person to ask!  
 
Customer Service with a smile  
Krissie joined the company just over 5 years ago and deals with all our customers ensuring that they are dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. What Krissie loves about working here are the people and the customers. With limited previous experience Krissie has made the role her own, learning from scratch how to deal with different personalities and individual needs.  
 
The Artwork Dynamo 
Jim has been with the company since 2004, currently in his 14th year with us, he says he cant imagine working anywhere else. With his creative talents and keen eye for detail, Jim has been the master at everything that is Graphic Design!
